June Basketball Camps Release Contest WinnersJuly 11, 2018For two individual weeks during the month of June, girls and boys from around the community entering 1st through 9th grade attended basketball camp at Cecil College. Student-Athlete Spotlight: Jonathon FalkoMay 21, 2018Learn more about Jonathon Falko, a freshman guard, on the men's basketball team at Cecil College, in the latest Student-Athlete Spotlight. Falko, a native of Rising Sun, Md. and graduate of Tristate Christian Academy in 2016, helped his team to be runners-up in the conference and Region XX DII tournaments. He led the Seahawks' in free throw percentage in his 29 games played and scored 258 points in his first year at Cecil College.

Griggs, Corbin, & Alexander, Named All-RegionMarch 28, 2018Three members of the Cecil College men's basketball program were named to the NJCAA Region XX DII All-Region Team. Sophomore guard Jordan Griggs was a First Team Selection followed by freshman guard Cornell Corbin at Second Team. Sophomore guard Greg Alexander received honorable mention recognition by the region.

Seahawks End Season as Region XX Runner-UpMarch 11, 2018The Cecil College men's basketball team ended their 2018 season with a loss to College of Southern Maryland in the NJCAA Region XX DII Championship game on Sunday, March 11. Freshman guards Cornell Corbin and Jonathon Falko were named to the All-Tournament Team.

MD JUCO Announces All-Conference TeamsFebruary 22, 2018Five Seahawks basketball players were named to the Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams for their outstanding athletic performances throughout the season. Selections include First-Team Selection Alexis Stubblefield, Nyjayha Lockwood, Briana McAllister, Chyna Steele, and Cornell Corbin.

Seahawks Prove Too Much for NighthawksFebruary 21, 2018Cecil College men's basketball picked an 80-61 Region XX win over the Nighthawks of Northern Virginia Community College to improve their overall record to 13-14. Seahawks remain with two regular season games before post-season play.

Seahawks Finish As MD JUCO Runner-UpFebruary 19, 2018After defeating the Cougars of Frederick Community College and the Hawks of College of Southern Maryland in the first and semifinal round, the Seahawks suffered a 71-62 loss to Harford Community College to be named the MD JUCO Tournament Runner-Up.
