Bears Hand Seahawks Ninth Loss of the Season

Cecil College was defeated by Harcum College on Thursday in three sets to suffer their ninth loss of the season. The Seahawks battled tough in each set, but were swept by the Bears.

The Bears of Harcum College took each set against the Seahawks 25-16, 25-10, and 25-15. The Bears were led by Shyann Foxx with 15 kills and 2 aces in the match. Pamela Uceta added 7 digs in the match for Harcum College. In the loss, sophomore Emily Falko led the way for the Seahawks with 5 digs in the match. Freshman Amanda Wagner also added 5 digs and 2 aces. Freshman hitter Lydia Davis recorded 6 kills and 2 aces in the match.

Cecil College looks to bounce back when they host WVU Potomac State College on Saturday, October 16th at 1:00 p.m.
