NORTH EAST - Cecil's Jhaydin Ledford has been voted to the All-Region 20 Division 2 Second Team, as annouced by region officials on Friday.

Ledford topped the Seahawks with 26 hits, a .531 batting average, a .610 on-base percentage, and a .633 slugging percentage. The freshman outfielder also posted a team-high five doubles and five stolen bases.

An Elkton, Maryland native, Ledford got off to a fast start for Cecil. During the first month of the season, she led all NJCAA Division 2 hitters in batting average and on-base percentage. This stretch included six-straight games with at least two hits to start the year.
