The Cecil College men's cross country competed in their third meet of the season on Saturday, October 16th at the Hood College Open on the 8,000-meter course at Othello Regional Park. Cecil College had three individuals compete in the event.

Freshman Sean Browne was the first to cross the line for the Seahawks with a time of 37:37.2. Sean placed 128th out of 159 runners. Next to cross the finish line for the Seahawks was freshman Nowell Clay with a time of 37:39.7 which placed 129th. The final runner to cross the line for Cecil College was freshman Eddy Chavez with a time of 41:45.9 which finished 146th.

Cecil College cross country looks to improve at their next meet on Saturday, October 23rd at the Cecil College Cross Country 4-Year College Showcase. The showcase is slated to start at 1:00 p.m.
