COLUMBIA, Md. - Cecil men's soccer traveled to Howard on Thursday, falling 9-0 to the Dragons in Region 20 action.
Howard had a 3-0 lead at the break thanks to a pair of early scores and a third with 10 minutes left in the half. The Dragons then torched Cecil's defense for a six goals over the final 45 minutes.
Akeil John topped the Seahawks with four shots, three of which were on goal. On defense, Aidan Hayes made seven saves while Charlie Rinker had one.
Cecil drops to 1-3 (1-2 in Region 20).
