Jaiden Guy Named Region 20 Player of the Month

NORTH EAST - Cecil College men's basketball guard Jaiden Guy has been named January's Region 20 Division 2 Player of the Month, as announced by region officials on Tuesday. 

Guy averaged 15.4 points over eight contests and scored at least 20 points in two of those games. The sophomore bookended the month with a pair of 20-point performances, including a team-high 23 in a win over Delaware Tech. Guy was also a force on the glass, grabbing at least six rebounds in all eight of his appearances. This included a career high 14 boards paired with 15 points for a double-double in a win over Hagerstown on Jan. 18. 

This is Guy's second R20 Player of the Month award this season and the third of his career.

The Seahawks return home this Saturday, February 15 to take on CCBC-Catonsville at 1 p.m.
