Jaiden Guy Named Region 20 Player of the Month

NORTH EAST - Cecil College men's basketball guard Jaiden Guy has been named November's Region 20 Division 2 Co-Player of the Month, as announced by region officials on Wednesday. 

Guy averaged 21.1 points across nine games and scored at least 20 points in four of those contests. The Newark, Delaware native opened the season with a career-high 33 points and 10 boards against Bryant and Stratton (Nov. 2). 24 hours later and Guy collected a 14-rebound, 27-point double-double against Johnston. He also led the Seahawks in rebounds (7.7), assists (4.6), and steals (2.1) per game. 

This is Guy's second R20 Player of the Month award for his career, as he garnered the honor in the final month of the 2023-24 season. 

Guy and the Seahawks return home next Wednesday, December 11 to take on Frederick at 7 p.m.
