Seahawks Hold Off Delaware Tech

NORTH EAST - Cecil College men's basketball grabbed a win before thanksgiving break, defeating Delaware Tech 89-79 on Tuesday evening.

10 players scored five points or more for the Seahawks. Javon Jenkins headlined with 14 points and six assists, while Shaun Chandler chipped in 12 points and seven assists. Jaiden Guy stuffed the stat sheet with 12 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Cecil improves to 7-2 after the victory.

Delaware Tech made only 12 of its 27 attempts from the free throw line, including a measly 4-of-10 in the first half.
