ROCHESTER - Cecil College men's basketball picked up its fourth consecutive win on Sunday afternoon, besting the Jamestown Jayhawks by a 91-78 scoreline.
Four Seahawks finished in double figures, boosting Cecil to its highest point total of the year. Darrien Berrios Rivera dropped a career high 18 points on an effecient 8-for-12 clip from the floor. Jaiden Guy matched his points total from Saturday, scoring 27 points while adding in eight rebounds.
Cecil jumps to 4-0 on the season with the victory.
Turning Point
The Seahawks outscored Jamestown 51-36 in the second half to rip the contest from the Jayhawks. Cecil's defense limited Jamestown to just two points over the first seven minutes of the second half while pouring in 12 of their own.
