NORTH EAST, Md. - Cecil wrapped up its 2022 regular season with a 3-1 loss to Delaware Tech on Sophomore Night.

Prior to the contest, the Seahawks honored sophomores Amanda Wagner, Lydia Davis, Crystal Lenk and Natalie Diamond. The attacking quartet combined for 40 of Cecil's 42 kills on the evening.

After dropping the first set, Cecil battled to a 24-21 lead in set two. Needing just one point to tie the contest, the Seawhawks would commit three attacking errors and allow two kills to give Delaware Tech the 26-24 victory.

Cecil responded in the following set with a strong 25-16 victory in set three, but eventually fell 25-15 in the fourth to lose the match.

The Seahawks finish the regular season 9-10.
