NEWARK, Del. - Cecil volleyball snapped its three-game losing streak by triumphing in its match against Delaware Tech via 3-2 scoreline.

They needed extra points to do so, but Cecil took set one 30-28. The Seahawks dropped the next two, but captured set four to send the match into a tiebreaking fifth. The two teams traded points in the fifth before Cecil pulled ahead and won the final frame 15-11 to take the match.

Three Seahawks finished with double-digit kills. Lydia Davis topped the group with 18, while Crystal Lenk and Amanda Wagner picked up 12 each. Davis led with 17 digs and six aces as well.

The Seahawks improve to 9-7 after the win.
