NORTH EAST, Md. - The Seahawks' Vernon Simmons, Nick Carrington, and Marlon Lewis have been selected to the All-Region 20 Division II team.

Carrington makes the list for the second time while Simmons and Lewis land on the team for the first time.

Vernon Simmons | First Team | Sophomore | Guard | Bronx, N.Y.

• Averaged 15 points per game, tied for the team lead
• Led Cecil with 7.9 rebounds per contest
• Finished with 10 double-doubles
• Had at least 10 points in 23 of his 32 games
• 10 games with at least 20 points
• Dropped a season-high 31 points against Pitt CC

Nick Carrington | Second Team | Sophomore | Guard | Baltimore, Md.

• 2021-22 All-Region 20 Honorable Mention
• Tied for the team lead at 15 points per game
• Led the Seahawks in assists (3.2) and steals (1.9) per game
• Collected at least 10 points in 31 of 32 games
• Hit the 20-point mark three times
• Scored a season high 30 points against Sullivan County

Marlon Lewis | Honorable Mention | Sophomore | Forward | Baltimore, Md.

• Led Cecil in blocks per game (1.7) and field goal percentage (49.6%)
• Average 11.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game
• 20 games with at least 10 points
• 15 multi-block games
• Earned four double-doubles
• Dropped a season-high 19 points against Hagersown
