FREDERICK, Md. - After winning its opening round matchup Tuesday evening, No. 3 Cecil men's basketball travels to Frederick for the remainder of the Region 20 DII Tournament. The Seahawks next test will be a semifinal bout with the No. 2 seeded Skipjacks of Chesapeake.
