NORTH EAST, Md. - Cecil added another home victory to its tally, dropping CCBC-Dundalk 89-75 on Wednesday evening.

Vernon Simmons led the Seahawks with 25 points for the game, while Frank Toney finished just behind him with 23. 35 of their combined 48 points came in the first half. Kevin Neal and Dominick Carrington took care of business for Cecil in the second half, teaming up to drop 18 of their 23 in the final 20 minutes.

The win boosts the Seahawks to 17-11 (7-2 Region 20). 

Turning Point

Cecil's lead began to grow late in the first with a trio of three's in three-straight possessions. The Lions knocked down back-to-back treys pull within seven, but the Seahawks outscored them 16-6 in the final four minutes to head into the break up 53-36.
